Protein Shake
I am new to fitness journey coming from vegetarian background protein intake is not at par. I tried taking whey protein for ATOM flavour choco hazel fusion but taste was unbearable. I know for some people taste doesn't matter but for me it does. Any suggestions for whey protein flavour.

Nutrabay and Nakpro both taste nice and affordable. Order from Amazon.

Great. But how do you check if the product genuine . Like for atom there is a code to check authenticity.

Best is to buy from the products original website. That way you can guarantee it is genuine. Also if you want to know which whey protein brands are genuine checkout Youtube channels like Trustified and Rise2gether

I recently tried “The Whole Truth unflavoured protein”, it was the best one I’ve tried so far.

Note: I’ve not tried ON & others. I’ve tried my protein and I think it’s overhyped.

Do unflavored have any flavor? I mean I never tried it what kind of taste I can assume

Try vanilla, mawa Malai, cookies and cream. I have tried all flavours in ATOM and liked these three.

Sure I will try it. Did you like their chocolate hazel flavour. I saw a lot of comments people liking it, I don't know is something wrong with my package or with my taste sense ordered from their official website. Personally didn't like the flavour I know how I finished it 😖

I liked it actually, it was like milkshake when you run it with milk in blender. But my brother and my mom didn't like it. It depends on person to person. But these 3 we all liked it.

Personally felt chocolate flavourful goes the best with whey (even though I'm not a fan of chocolate in most of my desserts or just by itself)
Otherwise like most others here I also swear by ON protein and occasionally MuscleTech to mix it up

Thanks will try ON. Heard a lot about it
