One of my colleagues got promoted in just 6 months from CL11 to CL10.

But she was exceptionally good.

No it is not necessary to complete 24 months especially for females because of internal policy of Accenture.

@WittyBone yes 24 months is the absolute minimum if not on fast track! Maybe for fast track it might be 18 months
