Hi all,

Want to know the exact grade promotion workflow. If manager initiates and now as window opens Reviewer approved and it says pending with HR. What will be the next course of action. Its a bps grade movement, However moved to IT. Please let me know it should be pending with unit BHR or corporate HR.

your immediate manager initiates the promotion, which then goes to the reviewer. After the reviewer’s approval, it moves to the Unit HR and finally to the Unit HR Head.

For BPS to IT grade movements, the process remains similar.
