Pregnant women should consider staying away from Instagram and social media. Instead of helping them feel calm and positive, it often spreads unnecessary fear and negativity. Pregnancy is already challenging, and exaggerating personal experiences just to gain attention—while increasing someone else’s anxiety—is one of the worst ways to use social media.
