Potential employer asking for previous company's offer letter and payslips

Hi Fishes,

My potential employer is asking for the previous company's offer letter and 3 month salary slips after all interviews.

I'm not sure on providing my previous offer letter though, Can I say that I've signed an NDA or would that also need any documentation.

Please provide some assistance on this.
