Hello All..I have been a consultant for the last 9+ years working on the same industry tool. Recently the tool got migrated and all our IT experience has become meaningless . Having a difficult time looking for projects and not getting any calls. I am absolutely fine with reskilling/upskilling and I even started learning and acquiring the certifications.The problem is that we need to have some hands-on experience in the new technologies along with certifications and then only we can get any project.
You have tons of courses and certificates on anything now. Do something first. Then look for any bootcamps for that. Most easy thing is to find something internally in the org for the new skillset
