Position on hold !!!

They did the exact same thing with me in early 2020. After a very long case study, 5 interviews, including 2 discussions with hiring manager. I was pissed off because they ghosted me. And after multiple follow ups over 2 weeks, they told me the position has been put on hold. It was due to covid, understandable, but ghosting was just bad.
A year later when they reached out again, I declined citing the poor experience I had while interviewing with them last time.
