I'm a bsc graduate ,joined cts as a fresher 2 years back. My ctc is very less. I am working as a application support engineer (Cognos).
I want to learn new skills but I'm confused which skill to learn.
Do i need to go for higher studies or learn new skill and switch?

Higher studies like after a year, you can get a good job in those countries later, Now try to switch or skill up imo
