You can travel to the southern states if you are looking for a vacation. It rains but it cools down as well. You can just sit and see the rain and get some time for yourself

Valley of Flowers is nice but it's a moderate trek, and I want a relaxing vacation.

Hey, for a short family vacation in July–August, you can consider these places in Uttarakhand:

  1. Nainital – Lake view, cable car, boating, easy sightseeing (very family friendly)
  2. Mussoorie – Mall Road, Kempty Falls, Gun Hill point, comfortable stay options
  3. Lansdowne – Very peaceful, less crowded, good for relaxation
  4. Dhanaulti – Calm weather, scenic views, no heavy walking required All these places are well connected by road and perfect for parents, with easy hotels and normal sightseeing (no trekking required). If you want a more relaxed trip, go for Lansdowne or Nainital. If you want slightly more activity + crowd, go for Mussoorie.
