Pivoting career from FP&A to Data/business Analyst.

Hi guys, i currently work as a financial analyst in FP&A. The pay range in this domain is decent in terms of finance but quite low compared to tech roles. I'm not trying to compare apples with Orange with simply wish to pursue a role which can compensate me better.

What kind of roles and tools i can target considering I'm from non-tech background, well versed with Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
