PhonePe or Citi?

Citi Mumbai is offering more fixed package but no relocation and joining. It will have yearly bonus though. Phonepe has less fixed package but decent esops and good joining bonus. Difference in fixed component is more than 5L. Which one should I prefer considering future growth, learning, working culture and stability?

Learning and growth opportunity wise phonepe seems to be a better option. Definitely there would be more visibility with phonepe. Considering all these parameters phonepe is a better option. Thanks for your reply 👍
