Hi Team,
I'm in Notice and I want the PF passbook download because new employer is requested for it. It's not available in EPFO Portal. Because Infosys handles all PF.
I have raised a request under Advance PF, As there is no such option to select and also dropped an Email to HR, who validated my e separation form. Is there any way to download the PF passbook.
Will they provide the resolution because it's urgent?
Check in infyme-full profile-financial-retirals Click on view PF details. Here you see the infosys PF details. You can share the screenshot to your new employer. Once you leave infosys you get access to Alumni portal from where you can download PF related documents
Yes, I talked to HR and shared the screenshot of PF details from internal portal.

May i know your notice period and JL? I'm in notice too and they are asking to serve 3 months np, wherein my new employer wants me to join in 1 month
Can we withdraw Advance PF during notice period?

No it's not available, it says your own trust will handle PF
