
Performance in notice period
Hey guys,
I'm on notice period and I left my job because of the bad conditions and unhelpful team and messed up mental health. I have 2 months notice which started 3rd july
I wanted to know can the company do anything if my performance in notice period is bad. Basically if I get the work, I'll try to deliver but 8 won't be messing up my mental health if I'm not able to deliver.
I plan to simply say that, sorry i tried but I'm not able to figure it out. If someone helps me its fine and if not then I'll continue to say it.
Can the company do anything if I keep a good behaviour and not deliver tasks.

How do you plan to not deliver and still say it is a good behaviour?

Because I won't be saying no I won't do it, I'll take the work and do my best to deliver and ask questions, if im still not able to deliver then I'll be saying that im blocked, im leaving the job because its not a good fit for me workwise.

He is not purposefully planning this, it is because of his unhelpful teammates, that he is in this situation. Please re-read the post

Nothing can be done to you chill. Don’t try to give them any evidence like fake reporting or anything like this which can be used against you by HR. The only option they have is PIP. But that also won’t hamper your relieving

Do we have PIP on notice period 🤔, it doesn't make sense though since in already leaving

It's their problem if they give you any Major work to do during your Notice Period.
They might give you some small work here and there, take as much time you want.
And mainly focus on KT and try to create some small KT document just for sake of proof that you are focusing on KT rather than picking any new work.
