I got 82% only , got outstanding rating this year.

Is this with everyone in our unit that this time its less??

PB is not related to rating I believe as rating is given once in a year and PB is released every quarter.

Peformance bonus doesn't entirely depend on your rating. With met expectations rating I recieved 101% last quarter. You have to request your manager to push a little.

Variable % are decided by DM, they cannot give high %ages to all employees even though rating is OS.

I have only received Met expectations in last 3 years and the maximum bonus i got was 78%
