Gentle reminder that 3 days a week is the most optimum for a huge majority of people. You won't necessarily make more muscle by going almost daily. Muscles are made when you rest well.

Can confirm. You can either do a lot of volume or train with high intensity. I prefer training with intensity 3-4 days a week.
