Peak sucks

I handle US and CA and all of a sudden from CAP I have got 1hr Knet and the very next day it was mentioned that we will have to handle CAP as well as CAP HBS without any knowledge of the policies nothing just because it's a peak we will have to help hbs till January NO ONE IS CONCERNED ABOUT OUR OPENION and when CRE will call it will all be our fault hate thissss!!!!!!!!
