Can you suggest what is the salary range for P1 band and what is the variable pay. Is it advisable to take P1 instead of U4.

Not advisable. U4 has 10% VP and P1 has 15% VP. On top of that, P1 were not paid VP most of times whereas you will get at least some part of VP for U4 band.

Oh! I got 20% of VP. And rest 20% is flexible component of TFP

What is the total ctc and in-hand except the vp & other components if I may ask

Band is not important. Take the CTC 3x times of your total YOE. Also try to negotiate VP at 10% only.
