Opinions about AKQA company

Hi Guys,

I wanted to know how is AKQA as a company from software engineer standpoint in india. I have interviews scheduled with them and Right now i'm looking for a company with good work life balance. I have seen Glassdoor reviews and they aren't very good, I don't want to join a company whose leadership creates pressure on employees and don't care about their mental health.

Does anyone know how is AKQA?
