One nation one month notice period when?
Talking about the new obsession with one nation and one xxxx, a thing that actually matters to us fellow employees is one nation one month notice period. This rule is to ensure the notice period is of max one month and not a day beyond it.
I know many companies have a 2 week policy and lots of companies in the west have this policy (including startups). But why do a lot of us have to suffer because of 2 and 3 month notice periods when most of the recruiters aren't willing to wait for so long? Also the irony, all these companies want immediate availability. It's high time we make this a law, Modi pls pass the bill for one nation one month notice period.
We need one nation one tax first, from contractor to neta, pilot to pujari everyone must be taxed similarly.
