Office politics and back bitching

You know that your team members bitches about others when they are with you, makes fun of them about how they do things at office. Now you are thinking that they judge you on your back also. Then how will u deal with your insecurities. Often they also make groups - group of extroverts (old employees)vs group of new joiners of the team.

Should u start telling about them to ur managers how they actually think and talks which is totally different from what they show in front of managers?

They try to maintain good face in front but abuses others on their back. Manager thinks they are nicest person, and not know about the truth impacts appraisals and all.
