Office politics aka Buckchudi

Some days ago my manager asked me not to get too involved in informal conversation with a female colleague. According to she, it can affect my appearance and hence my ratings :) The Nazi idiot missed part that Slavery is already abolished in our society and I am free to talk/flirt responsibly with whoever I like, as long as other person won’t mind in any space. Do you guys have this level experience with toxic/dumb managers ?
