I have a team. Our leadership and manager have asked me to don't allow WFH and frequent leaves. I did the same (not on email). Then the team reached out to my manager and he approved all. Then my manager came to me about your action plan and why your team is on WFH and why they are reaching out to me.
I need your advice on how to handle this.

My manager approves the all team weekday leave to all of my juniors. Then give me negative review to me for not being timely delivery

When u deny wfh or leaves, them it sound like it's coming from leadership. Also blindly don't reject everything. 1 or 2 wfh with valid reason u should approve same for PTO. If u feel ppl r misusing u need to talk to them.
