Office Pet Peeve: People messaging just 'Hi' on Teams or cold calling randomly without intimation.
This is so irritating and unprofessional. I have even set a permanent status on Teams to message me Hi + context and avoid cold calling but some people never learn. They will drop in a hi and expect me to ask what's it about.. Worst are the people who randomly call on teams without intimation on why they are calling.
