Office fights at startup

Some people in office are shit. So I got in a fight/disagreement recently with my colleague. She started talking shit and I gave it back. So should I let my boss know about it? Whats happening and it is a repeated pattern….we are a small startup still and CEO is my manager…lol What to do at these kinda situations….I have never been in a office disagreement or fight…I am always a friendly guy to everyone…
