Offer Evaluation

I've got an offer from startup which is inching closer to Unicorn status with the valuation of around $900 Mn. Would like to get some suggestions, is it a right time to join, considering the financial benefits/learning curve it offers

And For those of you who have actually worked for a unicorn, how did that change your career?

Current : Well established leading FinTech YOE: 10.5 TC: 54LPA + 15L ESOPS (Around 40% from my current base)
