Not losing weight

I started gymming in the beginning of the month and have optimised my diet as well but have not shed even 100g after so many weeks. Can someone tell me what is going wrong here?

Cut your diet in half and start walking it'll dip. Lost 33 kgs just by doing this. 😁

I am studying nutrition, so I think I can comment. The weight on the weighing scale is never the accurate measurement of your health, pls don’t check it everyday. Your fat percentage should be low and that’s never determined by weight on the scale. As someone rightly mentioned your body might be going through a recomp, meaning it’s gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously .Try to add steady state cardio like walking, that makes a difference in increasing the calorie deficit. And give it another few weeks you will notice better sleep, flexibility, more strength, better energy throughout the day and these are the real markers of good health. Keep going, All the best :)

Start intermittent fasting just liquid diet without sugar at least for 16 Hours . Start day with Black coffee and Afternoon green with Lime. Don't do hard gym exercise rather frisk walk or Run if your weight allows. In 2018 I was 94 kg now I am 67.5 followed these steps. And yes results will come be consistent.
