Not finding jobs on django development

Hi everyone i have done the django development for almost 3 years in my college life but not able to find the job for fresher in this tech stack. Campus placement are also don't python to use for coding round....now i am in Tech M. Aligned into servicenow domain...here also i am unlucky atleast i would have need any tech stack development project...now what should i do stick to the servicenow and make career in this or stick to learning Django and switch after 2 years Pov. : i have 2 years of bond Or learn Java tech stack because there is so much job opportunities in this
