Can we use no shows and exceptions?

Now no shows directly u will be getting calls from manager for providing and explanation else u will get

In a month ~2-3 depending on total working days so that u can maintain 85% monthly and it tally’s to 85% a quarter Also if ur in gud terms with ur manager u can raise exception for 6 days a quarter..
