6 days wfh policy
Could anybody please clarify if this six-day work-from-home policy per quarter is formalized? If so, kindly advise where I may locate the official documentation regarding this policy within the Policy Hub.
It all depends on your vertical and reporting boss...There is no policy for anything. If you project/work going good and ur boss is not KHUDUS.. you are free to do anything. Otherwise there are so many things to create problems for uuu.. Corporate game bhaiiii.... The most complex puzzle.

There are 2 things.

You can have max 6 day approved exception per qtr under personal category. Please note that this is subject to supervisor/project approval, so you cannot claim it as matter of right. So even if you show the policy to your manager or hr, you cannot force them to approve your WFH.

Another is 85% WFO criteria for variable etc, based on which people have extrapolated that 15% can be used for unapproved WFH. This also translates to about 9 days a qtr. Since it is unapproved, your manager or hr can actually use it against you.
