No increment this year in company

Got hired at 100% hike 6 months back, got 15% increment hehehehe. Take part in company hackathons seriously and deliver more code continuously

Companies doing well are milking the situation as they can get away with lower hikes and little to no promo

Same situation. They said by July they will plan for Esops - vested over 8 years 😒 P.S. the company completed 3 years in Feb 2023

People got around 8/9 percent. I had joined with 90% hike and not eligible for any hike this year.

Joined 9 months back from service based company with 100% hike. Recently got around 25% hike..Don't know how coming days going to be..Hope this recession ends soon

Aaj hi bola hai org restructure hoga and some head count reduction. Let’s see if that impacts our anyways meagre increment 🙃
