No increment this year in company
It's like going back to COVID days. We got email that due to current situation there will not be any increment this year. What about your company? How is the situation?
Got hired at 100% hike 6 months back, got 15% increment hehehehe. Take part in company hackathons seriously and deliver more code continuously

Yup - there are companies cashing in on the bad situation despite doing well and saying “market situation is bad so no hikes”

People got around 8/9 percent. I had joined with 90% hike and not eligible for any hike this year.
Aaj hi bola hai org restructure hoga and some head count reduction. Let’s see if that impacts our anyways meagre increment 🙃
