New PM joined in my company

A new PM joined in our product team, and is a replacement of a PM who will leave in 15 days

The new PM is literally crying after the seeing the state of the product this guy handled, The tech team client pissed off with the old guy.

This product EM is good so he is somehow managing everything, and the old guys impression in company wasn’t like this (as far as I know, in this company for more than 3 years), and let’s not even go into this LinkedIn profile brag regarding metrics success etc

This actually makes me think there is a reason why most people don’t like or trust people in this role

It’s all fluff or should I say bluff
