new grad nonstop chatter dilemma

There's this new grad in my office, super smart but non-stop talking! Even ear plugs don't work. When the boss is away, she's like a non-stop radio. I've told my boss, but don't want to sound like a complainer. Should I move offices or just hope someone else tells her?
