Never join 90 days NP companies. What's your view?

Max it should be 60 days. Keeping 90 days, speaks about companies culture where they don't want an employee to get any offer because no one prefer 90 days NP and at the same time they don't grow the employee within company.

30 or less. Anything more is a red flag. Only people who need 30+ days are super senior level folks.
