Never gossip your Manager to Skip

If you need to do; first understand the relationship between them & then take the risk. Because your manager poor/toxic/no promo response might be reflection of your skip actual intention. Speaking from my experience. :)

If you want share something about manager, share on their face itself. Don't waste time in office drama. Hell with appraisal, we should focus on having some subject useful for the market.
