Neobanks - convenient but unreliable

Neobanks are super convenient, you create an account in no time, get a card ASAP, but holy shit the problems I faced with my Niyo card on my recent Vietnam trip, I wouln't wish that on my worst enemy. It just wouldn't work. I'm never going to depend solely on neobanks again on foreign trips. HDFC is cumbersome but reliable.
