Current: 6.7 LPA - all fixed, remote, startup
New:11 LPA - all fixed, Bengaluru, 5days office, startup Already negotiated to increase from 9+1lpa to 11 LPA fixed
Have not resinged yet. Current org will likely match offer, but growth is limited. How can I negotiate higher offer. Also should I switch now? or increase my pkg at current org itself and keep on finding better pkg later on(appraisal scheduled in oct)
Also, this is my first ever switch. So I can save the switch on my resume by getting the offer matched from my current org and find the new offer from here onwards. But as I say, I dont want to work any more here. Too much work-pressure, no learning, and no money(as you can see from post
As per your experience (2 yoe) if your current organization is ready to match the offer then you should stay at least one more year. Since you survived 2 years then you can give one more year. you can switch any time later.
Already die-trying to get more offers. But winds are not with me since few times. This offer came after very very die-trying, almost loose hope.
