Negotiating an offer
Hi guys, this is my current offer as product security analyst. My current ctc is 10,00,008 and i was offered around 14.7 LPA. I've asked around 17LPA to the HR as per industry standards, how do i try and negotiate it for 20 LPA? Please advise.

I have done this in one of the offers but for me one thing was a pro, the company was located in another city so I asked for 2 lakh joining bonus they gave 1.5
Just don't take the offer
will they first agree for 17?
