Need suggestions on Accenture offer

Recently I gave an interview in Accenture for SAP role and now they are offering me 8.6 LPA as Fixed with some variable pay of 21% (I know they will not give full 21%). So is this offer good for Level 10?

Accenture Strategy HR was worst...i won't ever join Accenture.. Accenture is not good company to join

Take the offer and look for better if u get another u that as a counter and try to negotiate with Accenture..if they aren't agreeing go for the other one..I think this is the only way to negotiate with them
