Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestion regarding job switch !

Hi folks,

I just need some advice from you all — I’m a bit confused, so please help me out. Currently, I’m working at Accenture with a package of 4.4 LPA (fixed + variable) at the HR Associate level. Recently, I gave an interview at Genpact in Gurgaon, and they’ve offered me 4.48 LPA (only fixed + performance-based incentives).

It’s been only 4–5 months since I joined Accenture, and I have a total of 1.5 years of experience. Should I accept the offer and make the switch?
