Need some guidance

I wanted to reach out for some guidance as I’m very interested in working with core data companies like AMEX, Visa etc. I have experience (4 years) in ETL processes and working with GCP, especially Cloud Composer. However, I don’t yet have production experience with PySpark, though I’m actively learning it through online courses. Could you please advise on how I can best prepare myself to be considered for data engineering roles at AMEX? Do you think not having production PySpark experience will be a major barrier, and how can I overcome that? I really appreciate any advice or recommendations you can share.
