Need Insights on Amazon Virtual Interview Process – Operations Associate Role (Bangalore)

I’m reaching out to get some help and insights from anyone who is currently working at Amazon or has experience with their interview process for the Operations/Cloud Operations Associate role.

I have 3+ years of experience in operations, and I recently cleared the online assessment for this role. I’ve now been shortlisted for the virtual interviews, which are scheduled for next week for the Bangalore location.

I’d love to understand: • What is the structure of the virtual interviews? • What kind of questions should I expect (behavioral, technical, situational)? • How difficult is the process compared to the assessment? • Any specific tips or resources to prepare well? • What’s the work culture like in this role at Amazon Bangalore?
