Could you please take 2 minutes to share if you know of any rehab centers that truly work for alcohol and drug de-addiction?

It would be most helpful if you have practical knowledge — for example, if a friend, relative, or someone close to you has benefited from a particular rehab.

Also, I’ve read that sometimes the mind can slow down after rehab due to the strong medicines given there. Is this true?
