Need guidance ..

Hi everyone, I am working in a private bank now with 11 lpa from 2+ years of work experience in cheque clearing house.i want to upskill myself and switch ,but i dint know what course I have to learn and wher to start ,I want to be in banking only but technical field in bank in office as product manager roles.so please guide me and suggest me what technologies I have to learn..
