Need advise

Currently I'm working at ltimindtree. Can I ask my manager for an early release without submitting my resignation or just discuss about this? I want to apply for the SOC Analyst role at OpenText, and they need someone who can join within a month. I’m confident I’ll get the job, but they are not okay with a 3 month notice period. What should I do? Please suggest some good ideas.

Early release from Infosys

I am currently working in a project at Infosys and got a job offer. The notice period at Infosys is 90 days but the hiring firm is ready to wait for 60 days only, so is there any way to get an early release or to cut down the notice period?
