Need advice ASAP

So I got placed in this company/start up but I have failed a single subject in my final sem. I've never failed before. Should I disclose it? Or should I just let it be? Can they take any legal action? Please say it ASAP.. Thank you

No.

When do you retake the exam? Within 1/6/12 months? Will it delay your degree certificate same amount of months? If not or less than 3 months then don't disclose. HR doesn't give a fuck about your passing or failing a subject, don't lose your job on a stupid technicality

Be honest. Tell them the truth. These things are easy to find out later and can jeopardise your employment.

Most StartUps won't mind you having a back in the final sem. They'll let you join and typically keep you on probation till you clear the paper.

They will mind if you have a back and don't tell them.
