Trending @Cognizant; Need Advice: 10 LPA TCS Offer with 3.9 Years Experience.

I am currently working at Cognizant with 3.9 years of experience, and my current CTC is 6.75 LPA. I recently received an offer from TCS for 10 LPA (~50% hike).

Is this a good offer for my experience level? Would it be a good decision to accept it?

Would appreciate insights from people working at TCS. Thanks!

TCs won't give much hike but you can resign and try for counter offers.if you stay here you won't get 10LPA even if you complete 10 years.Any hike is a good hike!

Try for counter offer..

Mine exp is 4 year with 6.4lpa... Got 11lpa tcs offer ... Got counter offer in techM for 13 lpa.. Don't stay with offer
