Navigating India's Crypto Minefield: No Clear Rules, Just Grey Areas 🤷‍♂️

Navigating crypto regulations in India is a total minefield for FinTechs rn. RBI's 2018 ban got lifted by Supreme Court in 2020 but still no clear licensing regime. Cryptos aren't considered legal tender and gov's proposed bill is still pending. basically means constant evolving regs and lack of clarity. gotta stay vigilant lol. no clear rules yet, just a lot of grey area. anyone else feeling the uncertainty? 🤷‍♂️
