Navi looking at external funding?
Basis recent news article and interview of the founder, the company is in talks for external funding. Has the founder money run out, he is also talking about ipo in 2 years.

They wanted to IPO back in 2022-23. But plans fell through.
And funding uthana isn't a sign of doing bad. It helps in better corporate governance, expanding network for vendors/clients etc, getting legitimacy from other investors.
currently SB's stake is at 98%. He wud obviously want it to be reduced and bring other good investor on board.

With the way he wants to run the show, he wud actually want to buy back the 2%.

I heard Product and Tech are treated very well there.
Risk, Business & Growth were treated as second class citizens.
I left in 2022. How has your experience at Navi been?

It’s a horrible company - constantly harassing customers. I hope it shuts down.

Nooooo
I've a few esops from them.
I wanna be rich 🤑

I have also been past the traumatic experience of being a Navi employee, where u r required to sell ur respect and dignity at the whims and fancies of a few.

I feel you.
- ex Navi employee

Were they not profitable?
