Basis recent news article and interview of the founder, the company is in talks for external funding. Has the founder money run out, he is also talking about ipo in 2 years.

They wanted to IPO back in 2022-23. But plans fell through.

And funding uthana isn't a sign of doing bad. It helps in better corporate governance, expanding network for vendors/clients etc, getting legitimacy from other investors.

currently SB's stake is at 98%. He wud obviously want it to be reduced and bring other good investor on board.
