My module lead told me to mark disagreement over the band.

So as I got band C for the financial year 2023-24, my module lead came to my desk and asked me if you were satisfied with your band? I said no then he said then mark disagreement for band on speed from ultimatix. And he himself did for me. Also he did for 2 more associates. Now my question is how much time will it take to reflect on my band after disagreement?
