My manager openly abuses in Hindi
Not in a bad way, like not calling me something, but openly says MC BC etc
I am not used to this kind of work environment, but they are 5-7 years my senior and there is no way for me to give feedback
They just insert in random sentence like “Yeh data toh data hua hai bc”
Is this really a common thing? What would you guys do?

Words that randomly pop out of your mouth for no reason. It's common, you'll get used to it. And one day be a part of it 🙃
I'm assuming he/she isn't abusing someone - which isn't common and needs to be stayed away from.

Report this to your company HR and hopefully you’ll see them talk differently!
